Tania Johns
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL, PRC IMPACT
Before founding PRC Impact, Tania Johns spent years as a professional qualitative researcher, designing and moderating focus groups for national organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. That experience is the foundation everything else is built on.
She launched PRC Impact around a single conviction: that strategy without research is just opinion. Her work now sits at the intersection of qualitative research, public policy, and emerging technology, and she brings the same rigor to all three.
She holds a Master of Public Administration, a RIVA certification in professional focus group moderation, a Certified Prompt Design Professional designation, and an AI Consulting certification.
HER APPROACH
Tania's work is shaped by years of operating in high-stakes environments where the research had to hold up under scrutiny, the strategy had to survive contact with real stakeholders, and the advice had to be something a decision-maker could actually act on.
She is direct, rigorous, and deeply practical. She stays close to the work, not as an advisor who disappears after the deck, but as a partner invested in what actually happens next.
BEYOND PRC IMPACT
Tania serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the River Region Boys and Girls Club and is a former board member of Women in Training, Inc. She is also a civic engagement strategist, an AI educator, and an advocate for families navigating special education systems, work that informs how she thinks about access, accountability, and the people most affected by the decisions being made.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she is a proud graduate of Alabama State University and Auburn University Montgomery. She is based in the Southeast and works with clients nationwide.
